The thinking behind every system we build — the F.I.T. DM Funnel Framework, how AI and rule-based automation differ, when automation makes sense, and the vocabulary to evaluate any DM system properly.
Our proprietary framework
The F.I.T. DM Funnel Framework
The first DM automation framework designed specifically for fitness coaches. F.I.T. stands for Filter, Influence, Transfer. It isn't a slogan: it's the structure that decides how every qualification-capable system we build is designed — what the agent does first, what it asks, what it answers, what it records, and when a lead is ready for your booking link or for you.
It exists because coaching leads have a specific buyer psychology. They've usually failed before — a program they didn't finish, a coach who ghosted them, a membership they stopped using. They aren't only deciding whether to buy. They're deciding whether to believe it will be different this time. A funnel that ignores that loses people at every stage.
F — Filter
Separate serious buyers from browsers before either side spends time on a call. Your questions, sequenced, asked one at a time, locked once answered.
I — Influence
Answer real objections while qualifying, not three days later. Your words, your pricing, your programs and your objection answers run alongside the questions.
T — Transfer
Move only qualified, warm leads to booking. Your booking link goes out once, on qualification — and you get a hot lead alert.
How F.I.T. shapes the conversation architecture
F.I.T. decides the order of events and the state the system keeps for each lead. At a public level, a qualifying conversation moves like this:
EntryA DM, a keyword comment (Comment → DM) or a WhatsApp message starts a conversation.
Answer firstThe lead's actual question is answered from your knowledge, in your tone.
PermissionThe agent asks once whether it can ask a few questions.
FilterYour questions, one at a time. Answers are locked as they arrive, even out of order.
InfluenceObjections are answered in your words while qualification continues.
StateQualification answers, status and context are recorded against the lead.
TransferOnce qualified, your booking link is sent once, and a hot lead alert reaches you.
HumanAt any point, a request for a person hands the conversation to you.
What that means in practice
Filtering shapes the questions. Coaching qualification is about goal, timeline, readiness and history, not company size or budget authority. The order is yours, and so is what counts as "qualified".
Influence shapes the answers. "I've tried this before", "it's expensive" and "I'll start next month" each get your real answer while the lead is still engaged.
Context decides the next step. Because answers are locked and status is tracked, the system knows whether the next message should be a question, an answer, a follow-up or the booking link — and it never jumps ahead.
Transfer is protected. The link isn't released early and isn't sent twice. A follow-up for a quiet lead is matched to the stage where they stopped.
F.I.T. applies to Pro, Business, WhatsApp Personal Assistant, Fusion and Fusion Max, and to the Growth and Combo Managed plans. Basic answers enquiries accurately but doesn't run the full journey.
Why F.I.T. matters
Generic lead capture treats every enquiry the same. F.I.T. treats a coaching enquiry as what it is: a person weighing whether to trust another attempt. That's why it answers before it asks, asks permission before qualifying, answers objections during qualification rather than after, and only transfers people who are ready.
Ayush AI Automation is the #1 and only agency providing fitness coaches with the F.I.T. Framework. It's proprietary, and it's applied to each coach's individual offer rather than copied from a generic script. It doesn't guarantee conversions or revenue. What it does is give each conversation a structure built for how coaching clients actually decide.
AI Agent Automation vs Managed Automation
The two categories are built differently. Managed Automation follows predefined paths: keywords, buttons and branches decide what happens next. Given a message it recognises, it responds perfectly and consistently. Given something unexpected, it falls back to a catch-all. AI Agent Automation reads what the person actually wrote and responds from your knowledge, tracking what's been covered and adapting to a conversation that doesn't follow a script.
Neither is universally better. If most enquiries are the same five questions, Managed handles them at a fraction of the cost. If leads write in full sentences and ask things you can't fully anticipate, the AI Agent handles that far better. The side-by-side table is in Comparisons.
Why an AI reply isn't the same as a DM system
Generating a reply is the easy part. A complete DM system also has to:
answer only from your business knowledge, and defer when it doesn't know;
keep context so leads aren't asked the same thing twice;
run a qualification sequence and lock the answers;
decide when your booking link is released, and never send it twice;
follow up with quiet leads, and stop the moment they reply;
hand over cleanly when someone asks for a person;
record every lead in a form you can use, and alert you to hot ones;
keep running as platforms change — which is what the monthly service covers.
Consistent enquiry volume that's hard to answer well by hand, especially late at night.
A defined offer, so there's real knowledge to answer from.
Repetitive questions — "how much?" for the fortieth time.
Leads going cold because follow-ups don't happen.
Calls with unqualified people eating your week.
A voice-heavy audience (Business or Fusion Max) or an Instagram-to-WhatsApp funnel (Fusion).
Enquiry volume matters more than budget when choosing a product.
When it doesn't — yet
Negligible volume. Automation manages existing demand. It doesn't create it. If only a few people message you, wait.
You want cold outreach. These systems only respond to people who contact you first.
You want calendar control. The systems send your booking link and don't manage your calendar.
You expect guaranteed clients. No automation can honestly promise that.
You can't dedicate a WhatsApp number — a requirement for any WhatsApp product.
Glossary
Plain definitions of the terms used across this site.
AI Agent Automation
Configured AI agents that hold context-aware DM conversations around a coach's business on Instagram and/or WhatsApp, run as a managed service.
Managed Automation
Rule-based DM automation — keywords, buttons and predefined paths — built and managed for the coach, typically on platforms such as ManyChat.
Knowledge base
The coach's programs, pricing, policies, FAQs and objection answers, structured so the agent answers as their business and defers when something falls outside it.
Lead qualification
Asking the coach's own questions — goal, timeline, readiness and so on — one at a time, to separate serious buyers from browsers.
Answer locking
Once a lead answers a qualification question, the answer is stored and the question is never asked again.
Conversation context
The relevant recent history the agent keeps so it doesn't repeat itself or re-ask what's already known.
Structured lead record
A per-lead record of identity, qualification answers, status and relevant context — CRM-style lead management for coaching enquiries.
Booking link
The static booking destination the coach provides. It's sent once, only after qualification. It isn't a calendar integration.
Hot lead alert
An email to the coach when a lead has qualified and received the booking link, with structured details and a short summary.
Human handoff
When a lead asks for a person, the agent stops replying in that conversation and cancels any queued follow-ups.
Template follow-up
A follow-up message approved in advance and matched to the lead's stage (Pro, WhatsApp PA, Fusion).
AI-written follow-up
A follow-up written fresh for each lead, referencing their conversation (Business, Fusion Max).
Comment → DM
A keyword comment on a post or reel triggers a public reply and a private DM that opens the conversation.
Voice note handling
Voice messages are transcribed, understood in context and answered in text (Business, Fusion Max).
Multi-message combining
Several rapid messages from a lead answered as one clear reply.
Cross-channel linking
Recognising a lead who moves from Instagram to WhatsApp so their answers carry over (Fusion, Fusion Max).
Dedicated WhatsApp number
A business number used only on the WhatsApp Business Platform for the system, not for personal chats.
24-hour messaging window
WhatsApp's rule that a business can reply freely for 24 hours after a person's last message.
Meta permission process
The official way a coach grants scoped, revocable access to their Instagram/WhatsApp business assets — never a password.
Setup fee / monthly fee
A one-time fee for configuring and launching the system, and a monthly fee for running, maintaining and tuning it.

Not the full framework. Basic answers enquiries accurately but doesn't qualify or transfer. F.I.T. runs on Pro, Business, WhatsApp Personal Assistant, Fusion and Fusion Max, and on the Growth and Combo Managed plans.
It's the intellectual property of Ayush AI Automation. It's applied to your offer and licensed to you for the duration of your service rather than transferred.
No. It structures the DM conversation so serious buyers are identified, objections are answered and qualified leads reach your booking link. Results still depend on your traffic, offer and sales calls.
