AI Agent Automation is a continuously managed service, not a one-off build. If the monthly service ends, the managed system stops running, because the infrastructure, AI usage and maintenance behind it are no longer being provided.
For AI Agent Automation, the AI usage and server infrastructure needed to run your system are covered by your monthly fee.
For Managed Automation, the automation platform subscription — for example ManyChat — is paid directly to that platform and is separate from the service fee. That is typically around $25–$30 per month depending on the plan and your contact volume, and it's confirmed with you before setup.

The performance guarantee applies to the Pro product. If the agreed qualifying outcome does not happen within the first 14 days after your system goes live, and the guarantee conditions are met, I review the system, adjust the strategy and the AI approach, and rebuild the relevant parts at no extra charge.
What the guarantee is not. It is not a guarantee of revenue, clients or sales. Results depend on your traffic, your offer and your content activity, which sit outside the automation.
Conditions. Your accounts and access must be in place, the onboarding information must be complete, the system must have been live and running for the full period, and there must have been real incoming enquiries for it to work with.
On Managed Automation, the Growth Plan carries the same 14-day rebuild guarantee on the same basis.
Both are reasonable options, and for some coaches they're the right call. Here's an honest look at where each one runs out of road.
Low-cost AI tools can generate a sensible-sounding reply to a message, and for simply acknowledging DMs that may be enough.
WHERE THEY TEND TO STOP
A good VA brings real human judgement, and for complex or sensitive conversations a person is genuinely better. Many coaches use both.
PRACTICAL LIMITS
The agent takes the repetitive part — answering the same questions, qualifying, following up — and keeps doing it consistently. That leaves you free for the work only you can do: coaching, closing and building the business.
The one-time setup fee covers the build itself. Once the build has been completed, the setup fee is non-refundable, because the work has already been carried out and delivered.

Everything connects through the official Meta permission process. You never share your Instagram or WhatsApp password, you keep ownership of your accounts, and you can remove access at any time from your own settings.
The system only responds to people who message, comment or interact with you first. It does not send unsolicited messages to strangers.
